- A panzerotto is soft bread dough folded around a filling and fried until crisp outside and soft inside. The classic filling is tomato and melted mozzarella; Il Panzerotto also prepares versions with ham, mushrooms, cacio e pepe, nduja and other fillings.

- Il Panzerotto is at Via Giacomo Bresadola 46, 00171 Rome, in the Centocelle neighbourhood. It is open Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 21:30.
